We offer private and semi-private Pilates Classes. Although we don’t require an initial assessment to join semi-private classes, it’s highly recommended if you have special needs, significant injuries, or pregnancy complications.
During initial assessments we conduct a health history assessment, postural examination, and movement analysis before your massage or private Pilates class. At the end of your initial appointment we’ll review our findings and suggest a plan for your ongoing care.

Health Fund rebate available for all Remedial Massage Therapy Appointments. Private Pilates classes which are conducted as clinical Pilates, may be eligible for a Health Fund rebate. This can be discussed further at your initial appointment.

The best instructors around  know how to que an exercises, set the tempo, give you a Pilates Principle to focus on, and make adjustments to challenge you as much as needed.

Our holistic approach focuses on strengthening the human.  Not just the body part. 

Studies show that  30 minutes of direct sunlight first thing in the morning will reset your circadian rhythm. 

And moving your body increases all of your happy hormones.

A natural antidepressant 🤍

I have completely reorganised my morning routine to make sure I get in my morning movement, and have hair and make-up done before the boys wake up. 

This is in stark contrast to my previous tactic, having absolutely zero morning structure or strategy. 😆

1) mobility and flexibility focused classes
2) sports specific training (like spinal mobility and abdominal strength  for golfing, or hip mobility for footie players like Nahlous here)
3) injury rehabilitation post surgery,  or in lieu of surgery
4) verbal abuse from female instructors who can't  seem to count.
