Remedial Massage Therapist Pilates Instructor and Rehab Specialist
Maria has been a remedial massage therapist for 15 years as well as a clinical Pilates instructor specialising in Studio Pilates and rehab for 20 years.
She is a chronic pelvic pain specialist with experience in hip replacement rehab and prehab, female pain conditions like endometriosis, as well as caeserean section and hysterectomy recovery.
Maria also provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Lymphedema and post surgical patients.
Brooklyn Derrig
Massage Therapist Pilates Instructor and Rehab Specialist
Brooklyn is a natural teacher and therapist who began her Pilates Instructor journey in 2020 after 8 years in child care. While completing her Pilates Diploma, Brooklyn completed an clinical Pilates internship at Mvmnt & Co. Studio.
She specialises in chronic pain and injury management for those looking for a general Pilates class, but who may not be suited to a group setting.
She has her certificate as a Massage Therapist and is currently completing her diploma as well as a clinical apprenticeship with Maria.
